At a distance of no more than 80 kilometres from Zagreb lies the European stork village of Čigoč: A relief for the nature lover and an enrichment for the visitor who is looking for peace, space and the atmosphere of times long passed by. Čigoč welcomes you in the traditional guest residence 'Tradicije-Čigoč' of the Barić family. A bed and breakfast boarding house entirely in authentic wooden style which offers accommodation to a maximum of 7 persons. There are also facilities for bike and boat renting. All the comfortable rooms are provided with showers and toilet, television and air conditioner. In the pleasant downstair residence you are spoiled every morning with a delicious breakfast consisting of home-made bread and local, regional products. There is also the possibility of having various hot meals in the restaurant. In the direct vicinity of Čigoč you can go for wonderful walks in the protected natural park called Lonsjko Polje. We also offer spacious places for those who like to stay with their campers or caravans. Every spot offers full use of electricity. Our camping washing facilities are neat and clean and there are hot showers. Those who’s like to stay in a tent will find a nice and quit place as well. Itinéraire: ROUTE: After Zagreb you drive in the direction of Slavonski Brod (A 3/ E 70) you take exit 14 ( Popovača) You drive in the direction of Sisak on road 36. Near the village of Topolovac you turn left in the direction of National Park Lonsjko Polje to be recognised from the brown sign boards with a stork. You continue this road up to the end until you arrive at Čigoč (about 25 minutes). “Tradicije-Čigoč” is located in the center of the village on your left. We are expecting Your visit.
