With a population of almost 8 million people, Switzerland is bordered by Lichtenstein, Italy, France, Germany and Austria. Camping in Switzerland is full of post-card like landscapes, with medieval castles, snow-capped mountains and crystal blue lakes. The official languages are German, French and Italian. With a temperate climate for the general areas of the country, some fantastic campsites are Berne, which is also the capital of Switzerland, Grischun,Ticino Zurich and Geneva.camping in Switzerland Literature, cuisine such as chocolate and wine, and sports are just some of the cultures that thrive in this beautiful country. If you love Carnival or Mardi Gras, Basler Fasnacht is the event for you. No matter what you decide to door where you decide to camp, it’s obvious that Switzerland is a marvelous country to visit.
