Agricampeggio Colle dei Lupi

Info: Our Campsite lays cuddled in the breathtaking National Park of Maiella and Morrone. In a few kilometers range are the Thermal Bathes of Caramanico, the Orfento Valley and interminable woods (the Boschetto and the Lama Bianca Reserve) for the most audacious - as also the laziest - trekker. The passage of abate Pietro da Morrone, more famous as Pope Celestine V, dawns a spiritual atmosphere that you can find in the small Heremis carved in the mountainside. The Camping is a small oasis with 40 serviced places, a recreation area, a pool, bocce, ping-pong, and other. We are particularly fond of the local area's gastronomy, and our guests have a 10% discount at the local restaurant (at approx. 1 km).

Directions: By CAR: From the Highway Autostrada A25 Pescara - Roma, the exit is Alanno/Scafa. Go on the SS5 towards Popoli until the entrance for the province road towards S. Valentino, Caramanico, Sant'Eufemia a Maiella. After Sant'Eufemia, 1 km and there is an entrance for the contrada San Giacomo. From Sulmona, drive towards Pacentro, Passo San Leonardo and before Sant’Eufemia turn left for the contrada San Giacomo. By BUS: The public bus transport system is managed by ARPA (www.arpaonline.it) and there are 4 daily runs from and to Sant’Eufemia. The main stops are next the train stations of Pescara, Chieti Scalo and Scafa. By Plane: The closest airport is the Liberi of Pescara (www.abruzzo-airport.it) with flights from main cities in Europe and some International connections. Also the Rome airports, Fiumicino and Ciampino, are at about 2 hour (www.adr.it).
