INFORMATION ABOUT FRANCE (French: République française):
When considering camping France, you need to take into account your time frame, the amount of money you are willing to spend and most importantly camping expectations you have. Mostly you can do camping in France since around Easter to September or October. However, keep in mind that starting middle of July and throughout all August most people in France are on vacation. As a result, finding a nice camping site becomes much harder. All campsites in France are graded by the authorities. Therefore, a campsite can have a rating of one to four stars. If a camping place has one star, do not have too high expectations. It will only have basic amenities, like bathrooms and showers. However, if a campsite boasts four stars, you are sure to have found yourself the best camping in France. For example, you can expect to find a swimming pool, an on-site shop, sports facilities and even washing machines. The prices for camping France vary depending on the season and the level of comfort expected. A stay for two people (tent+car) at a one star campsite in France during low season would roughly cost €12, though the price might increase to as much as €50 a night in a four star campsite in high season. Choosing where to go camping France might be rather difficult just because there is so much to see and experience. The country boasts beautiful beaches both on the west and south coasts, wonderful skiing resorts and unforgettable hiking routes in either the Alps or the Pyrenees, and breath-taking scenery in the valleys of Louire or Dordogne. Not to mention the famous French vineries, world-renowned cuisine and exquisite wines. Camping activities in rural France include but are not limited to skiing, cycling, canoeing, and hiking. But if you prefer cities, you are certain to enjoy clubbing, movies, fashion, and of course wining and dining experience. It is almost too hard to choose where to go and what to do! Have a little think about what you expect from camping France, check out the options and start planning your next adventure now.
