Camp Lupis

Info: At the very tip of the Peljesac peninsula, in the small fishing village of Loviste is located the "Lupis" camping site.Close by and on the way to the Kuciste,Viganje and Orebic fishing villages are places of archeological interest. Good shopping is possible via supermarkets and shops for other necessities in Orebic. With car ferries an passenger vessels the town Korcula on the isle of Korcula can easily and quickly be reached from the port of Orebic. The camping site itself is located just a few feet from the water. From thebeach there is a beautiful view over the bay of Loviste-fine for rest and recreation.Plots on terraced levels are provided for tents and caravans and can easily be reached. An anchorage for small inflatable boats is available. Good sanitary facilities are provided. Rooms can also be rented either withhalf board or with kitchen for own use. In the center of Loviste, not far away, there is a post office, various restaurants and also two shops. The whole area is good for sailing, wind-surfing.diving, riding bikes and even mountain climbing.

Directions: The fastet way to come to Lovište is by taking a ferryboat from Ploče to Trpanj. If you would like travell by car, proceed the main road till you reach Mali Ston. Now continue travelling across the Pelješac peninsula to its NW end. Ferry: www.jadrolinija.hr. Map:www.viamichelin.com.
